GRADUATE SCHOOL
STEP 1: Fill-out the APPLICATION FORM. All fields with asterisk (*) are mandatory fields.
STEP 2: UPLOAD all the REQUIREMENTS stated on the list requirements on the provided link below. All MANDATORY documents should be uploaded. All the other requirements may be submitted at a later date.
STEP 3: Click SUBMIT and wait for an EMAIL and/or SMS confirmation of your application. The automated message contains your log in details which you should save and maintain to allow you to re-access your application portal.
STEP 4: You MAY BE INVITED for a series of interviews either online or face-to-face for further evaluation as necessary. Otherwise, you will immediately receive the final result of your application via email and/or SMS. Make sure that you provide your active email address and mobile number to receive all the communications from the SPU Manila Admissions Office.
STEP 5: Further instructions will be provided to you once you receive the result of your application.
Requirements for Admission to the Graduate Programs of St. Paul University Manila
- Letter of Intent addressed to the College Dean of Education , Sr. Felicitas Bernardo, SPC *
- Copy of Transcript of Records of all completed degrees relevant to the program being applied for *
- Copy of the Diploma/ Certificate of Graduation of all completed degrees relevant to the program being applied for *
- Transfer Credential Certificate / Honorable Dismissal for graduates of a university/school in the Philippines (except St. Paul University Manila). *
- Copy of Birth Certificate or National ID / Household Register*
- Copy of Marriage Certificate (if declared married)
- Copy of Passport Biopage* (required for foreign students)
- Digital image of recent 2x2 colored photo with decent plain background
- Two (2) Letters of Recommendation from previous school or employers written by people with identifiable titles, position and relationship to the applicant
REMINDERS to all FOREIGN APPLICANTS
- All documents written in original language must be submitted in notarized English translation with Notarial Certificate.
- Additional requirement - Satisfactory and Valid English Test Result (TOFEL, CBT, TEPS, IBT, IELTS) for non-English speaking nationals
- If English assessment certification has expired and / or was not taken previously, the applicant will be endorsed to SPU Manila Academic English Services Program (AESP) for English Proficiency Test.
Downpayment amounts:
Master's Programs : PhP 5,000.00 to PhP 10,0000.00
Doctorate Programs: PhP 10,000.00
Do not forget to upload your deposit/transaction slip as soon as down payment is made.
